Tiene 140 m2 de vivienda y 80 m2 de terrazas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;La vivienda tiene 3 habitaciones dobles, 2 habitaciones individuales, cocina y una sala de estar-comedor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;En la planta baja hay 3 habitaciones dobles, 1 habitación individual, la cocina, la sala de estar-comedor, y una terraza con mesas y sillas para comer en el exterior.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;En la primera planta hay una habitación individual, una terraza de 60 m2 con hamacas para tomar el sol y una lavandería con lavadora y plancha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene lavavajillas, horno, nevera, microondas, tostadora, ….&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;En la sala de estar-comedor hay TV con satélite, chimenea y un acceso directo a la terraza.
